1. Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Books with obvious signs of use

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Sale Items

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
